The 727 Fuselage Suite
Like the name implies, this is indeed a hotel where you sleep within the Fuselage of a 727 airplane. Join the mile high club at 34 feet.
Located in Costa Rica, is a vintage 1965 Boeing 727 airframe which, in a previous life, shuttled globetrotters to and from South Africa.
The suite has been renovated carefully into a two-bedroom, fully outfitted suite as part of Hotel Costa Verde's new look. With hand-carved, teak wood furnishings imported from Indonesia, no expense has been spared in this crafty refurbish. Guests can relax in their air-conditioned bedrooms, or relax on the seaside balcony which sits atop the Boeing's massive wing.
Cost- 400-500 bucks a night.
